I had FFS with Dr Doglas Ousterhout on July 31, he originally recommended scalp advance, type II forehead, brow lift, lip lift and sliding genioplasty. I decided against the sliding genioplasty (jawline) and added a lip augmentation, instead of 31k, it came out to only $18,600. I am so happy with the results and having no longer hear the s word, even when I am 6'4" in my CFM boots and just the way my life has improved 1000% that I may go back and do the jaw, though I am fine without it.
Anyone who wants more info can e-mail me, before pics etc. Here is one of the first pics after healing, like six weeks after:
BTW I am 58 years old.

Melissa, I think that you look beautiful. Your doctor probably had good material to work with before he started, methinks.

It's the greatest feeling. Yesterday, I went to DIGNITY for Mass. It's a LGBT church. I have a couple trans friends who go there and had gone there a few times but it's been about 6 months.
I saw a transwoman I knew there and had sat with at the monthly pot luck suppers. I met her in the parking lot and I could see she didn't recognize me, I even told he my name and she still couldn't place me. Then we went in she opened the door for me and said "Ladies first, queens second" I am not even sure she read me as trans!
Another thing that struck me is that this woman is about my age but I couldn't hep but notice how much younger I looked.

Thanks again, DR O!
