Hi,
:D
I've been on spiro and estrace for more than two years now. My hormones level was within the female range until the last one, my T level tripled from 1.5 to 5. 2 or something.
It was so upsetting, I do not know the cause because I am still taking the same medication. Have anyone experienced this?
Its really an awful feeling, and I notice lately I have more sexual desire, and i have desire to masturbate more.
I have also began to have a sexual relationship with my bf, and I exercise a lot, does that increase testosterone and make Spiro work less effectively? I just don't understand why it is not working as well a anymore.
Excersising, healthy nutrition, sexual activity (I am nto sure about that one) all help the body function and produce testosterone in case you ahve testicles.
I cant believe eating healthy and exercising would have this negative effects on me. I run everyday because I want to be confident but now i feel like crap!
Thanks for answering :)
I would talk to your doctor about this. Your doctor may want to adjust your dosages. I would be terrified if my T started rising!
I'm not gonna go into numbers. Eat healthy & exercise, if there's an issue of high T levels your Dr can compensate by adjusting your spiro dosage. If your T levels are all over the map, test to test, your Dr will redflag it & find out why.

When I was on one particular anti - androgen (Zoledex) I had similar effects. Sometimes the over use of both hormones and anti - androgens can bring upon an unwanted paradox effect.
My doctor wants my T under 40. It's pretty much standard goal.
A level of 5.2 is ... plenty low honey. Women have testosterone too.
