I've found it more comfortable to pack my stp packer on top of a layer of clothing. So I wear briefs, my packy, then boxer briefs. I've kinda gotten the hang of using it with the extra layer.

Idk, I feel like it'll keep it cleaner and make it last longer.

I cut a hole in the fly of my briefs and stick the shaft through and the balls in the... fly pocket?.. haha and then a layer of boxer briefs over that. So I have a layer of fabric between me and the packer as well as security that its never going to fall out on the bathroom floor. It works well for me unless for some reason if I don't pack for like 15 minutes and need underwear I can choose boxer briefs or briefs with a hole in the front.

I use a lolajake, and usually wear a jockstrap. Which isn't really a harness, but isn't quite briefs, either. Gives me support, keeps it from flying around all over the place, and in the case that it's been glued recently, puts some pressure onto that glue so it locks on nicely after the first day. I've gone commando with it a few times for ->-bleeped-<-s and giggles and... Yeah, don't need to revisit that too regularly.

If you are looking at a pair of briefs, there is the main piece that is all one piece of material and then the fly is 2 layers overlapping each other. I cut a hole in the outermost layer to stick the shaft through because I found that it looked more natural and was a lot more comfortable that way instead of having everything shoved into the fly pocket or just in between the briefs and boxer briefs. Also it will never fall out.

I just use briefs. I like my packy touching my skin because it feels more natural to me and the briefs hold it just fine.

I'll have to try a jockstrap... right now i'm just using briefs and/or a home-made harness plus boxers with my STP/Packy....

I use an elastic harness with boxer briefs. Works great for me...it's against my skin and it flops around like a real one would so I like it.  ;D

I like Tranzwear. I've got two different models. The first has pouch for the balls and an O-ring plus pouch for the penis. You can leave the balls next to your skin or put them in the pouch, whichever you prefer. The penis goes through the O-ring and rests in the pouch behind the fly front. So it can poke out through the fly if you want...if I ever get an STP, I'll see if this model works for it. But the company says it's working on modifying underwear for STP devices.

The second model just has a pouch for the packy, so the packy can't be next to your skin. I imagine that it would be easy to copy this design and make your own if that's what you like.

I do miss out on the sensation of having the packy right next to my skin, but I'm okay with that, for now. I don't have to worry about corn starch or anything like that.

They call it The Natural. Oh, and, sorry, it's a c-ring, not an o-ring...a ring IS an "o." Duh. But I like the c-ring underwear because it keeps the equipment up close to my body, where it belongs. And because it's probably the closest I'll ever get to wearing a real c-ring, haha.

BTW, they have "odd stock" at a discount, too. If you're lucky, you can find something in your size. But some of these are older stock made with underwear styles/brands I don't like as much. The new boxer briefs, in my size at least, all seem to be made from Hanes, with the comfort soft waistband. But you can always ask.
