Title: Cute Hairstyle
Post by: Megan on December 19, 2009, 02:54:51 AM
I want something that looks really cute... (as a guy though)

do you think this hairstyle is cute like in a "hello kitty" type way?

I spent like hours searching for the right look too.

These were my other ideas,

But my skin is too brown for it...)

http://www.hairfinder.com/haircollections3/icon-hairstyle2.jpg (http://www.hairfinder.com/haircollections3/icon-hairstyle2.jpg) (it look too campy, but i like it)

http://www.hairfinder.com/haircollections3/aspect-hairstyle3.jpg (http://www.hairfinder.com/haircollections3/aspect-hairstyle3.jpg) (not sure if it's versatile, and if it looks greasy and sloppy)

But my goal is cute.

I really like this one: http://www.hairfinder.com/haircollections7/gtz5.jpg (http://www.hairfinder.com/haircollections7/gtz5.jpg) and have had my hair like that at least once in my life.

well I am not sure of doing the first one, I need to grow my hair long. (i hate short hair) I guess that was a spur of the moment kind of thing

I am going to aim for the third one probably.... but really I don't know.

personally I like the first one, but I've got curly hair and have always wanted straight hair when I was younger. I had it styled and straightened once but it only lasted a couple of days. Now days I look to the 50's for short hair styles, (Jane Wyman, Elizabeth Taylor, etc.) so much you can do with curly hair, and if I have to be male, I just brush it back and it lays pretty flat. my mom cut my hair last month and now I just let it go as curly as it wants, I think it's cute and damn the public opinion :>)

I am also an experimental when it comes to my hairstyle. There are times that I want to have a guy cut. If I were to choose among the pictures, I would prefer the first (gtz5.jpg) and the fourth (icon-hairstyle2.jpg).

I'm so scared to get my hair cut, one because I'll have to go back to my hairdresser (but that's not sooo bad as they are lgbt friendly) I guess it will be like "wait have we met?". Yes? no? maybe? eek! And two because I never once had a haircut I was happy with back then so I'm worried I'll hate it and hide in my room even more. I had a dream the other night of going to a hairdresser and getting a fringe cut. I'd love one but it's such a huge leap >____<
I wonder if they'll charge me female prices... should I be offended if they don't? *sigh*. lol. Sorry for being of no help and possibly only adding confusion but that is the reality for me right now..laugh instead of cry?

Muffin,
If you never got a haircut you liked go to a different hair salon.
Then no one will know you from before.

Muffin I did that before.
I mean find a picture of what I wanted and took it to the hair salon.
They new what I wanted  and the results was great.
I wish you luck.
By the way my hairdresser knows my search and does really care.
In fact she gave me some makeup tips.
Yours probably won't either.
That is as long as you tip him/her.
