adygary,
Welcome to Susan's. While I really can't offer advice on getting out of Tunisia to a safe country where you can become that beautiful woman body and mind, but I'm sure there are many here who can help. This is the right place to come and feel accepted and welcome and find many friends.
Feel free to post any questions you may have and we'll be happy to help answer them. It must truly be difficult to live in a society where there is no options for transition and no acceptance. Even here in the US where acceptance is pretty high, there can be a lot of troubles, but transition is still a great possibility.
I wish you all the best in your search.

Hi there:
You've come to the right place. There are all sorts of people, in all phases of transition.
Vaginoplasty is a big step, but it's not even close to the first one.
Seeing a therapist, getting on hormones and living as a woman comes first.
Is it possible to do any of this where you are?
Hi Adygary.
I'm afraid I don't know the particulars of transitioning where you are, but you are not alone. Hang in there, hon.
thx for your response.
i'm living in tunisia.working in tunisia.
Seeing a therapist, getting on hormones and living as a woman is impossible in tunisia.
i'm planning to do all steps outside tunisia.
it's impossible to reveal my femenisme, if i do they'l think i'm gay and the result will be desaster
Are you able to move?
i can move if i can find job in new place .
i think that the operation need a lot of money .
What do you teach?
technology education
i'm graduated from tunisian university as:
* technician in "Genie Electrique" : electric engeneering
* technician in "informatique de gestion" sorry can't find the exact english traduction
Courage! Vous en êtes où dans votre "transition?"
You'll find very many helpful and empathic friends here.

Don't rush anything, you might feel isolated and frustrated but take time to explore this site, read about the rules, read about others like you, their journey, their experiences, their mistakes and their wisdom. You are not alone anymore.
Patience, Courage et Clarité.
