as iv had a pretty crappy day today and i been meaning to post this i thought i do it now, Last mth right before xmas I brought a slimming belt, not to lose waight but so i can strap down my chest, not only that it can help with losing waight there too, I cant really affored a binder... so i brought this its pretty gd and cunfterbal witch is what i was looking for, what i was useing before was a old vest and it has givin me scars i will post some pics when i get home, and see what u think. Maybe its an opiton for other people as right now its doing ok for me.
