Okay there's this new girl at work, and she's moderately pretty but in a make-up red-hair Barbie type way. She's not beautiful because her face is like a better version of Lady Gaga, but she's sexy.
One guy said, "Oh the cute girl she goes to -----, she's cool" referring to high schools, and this blonde pretty girl said, "The slut, she isn't going to last long Im gonna be a bitch to her hehehe I'll make sure she gets fire, I need more hours, but the dark hair girl is cool. .".And the dark hair girl is not attractive, "I don't act like a bitch because I'm quiet, but I am!".
And I responded, to her, "She reminds me of Ashley", which was some woman who didn't do anything, she was let go. Then I said, "So you don't even know her, so you just assume that" And she responded we a 'yeah!". Then we gossip about retarded people and old people at work.
I am in between these two replies about this girl, I think she's going to get fired, but I also know she's pretty. I like her without knowing her, but I dislike her because I have a feeling she thinks she's all that. When I said hi to her, she didn't look up, but I am not sure she heard me because we were going opposite directions and she looked out of it.
Why do guys think of her as "hot!" and "great", yet girls think "slut" and "slow" when it comes to a beautiful girl?

Because guys are seeing an opportunity, girls are seeing competition.
Is it really a good idea to be part of this agressiveness?
OK. so you have a lot of anger inside of you and that's part of who you are.
Can you try to develop a sense of humour as well?
Where do you work? High school? Or maybe some call center?
I don't know if any of my employees act like this when I'm not around, but if they do, at least they're smart enough to do it when I'm not around...
