ASHEVILLE, N.C. -- Asheville police said they have arrested one of three cross-dressing men who are responsible for numerous thefts in the area.
Investigators said that surveillance video shows three men dressed as women stealing everything from computers to televisions to video game systems in the Asheville and Spartanburg areas.
