Well hello everyone. This is my first post, seems like a great forum
So heres my deal. Lately ive been very paranoid about the way i look, and how my body is becoming.
About a year ago, I had gynocomastia surgery done to get rid of my man boobs.
I have really skinny arms and I have very feminine fingers, im really shy to show people my hands because people will judge me...
I have not had a girlfriend in 6 years and im 18 years old. I consider myself to be a very affectionate person.
My legs are pretty muscular, hairy, and fine. But my upperbody used to have breasts (gyno which was removed), skinny arms, and hands of a woman..
I dont understand. :(

You said you had surgery for your chest, did you also get your hormone levels checked is your body naturally producing enough testosterone or perhaps producing too much estrogen? I think your doctor might be the best person to help figure out what's going on.
Just random but... how does one sleep like a female and how would one know that they did since they'll be asleep? o.O

well, when i had surgery I did have my hormone levels checked, LabCorp wrote by testosterone that it was ok. I wish I remembered the actual number,
lol, and as for the sleeping part, I sleep with my thighs on top of each other sideways.. idk i normally dont see guys sleeping like that. but i guess its beside the question

Hands are a big indication of whether someone is born male or female. Since I have female hands (digit ratio), and used to have small breasts... im guessing i would have been in the transexual category
Well hands can give a good idea of how much testosterone there was during fetal development, not necessarily gender.
Remember a transsexual is someone who wants to transition from one gender to the other, so if you identify as male and are genetically male (even with feminine features) you're still a dude.
Hope you can get it all figured out.
what if the person is inter sex or is that a different issue? :-\

I would suggest that you have your doctor check for another condition called Klinefelter's Syndrome. To me your body shape suggest some of the indications of this.

I personally don't see anything to be embarrassed about in those pics.
As Cami suggested, it's possible you've got something like Klinefelter's, but your hands don't look particularly feminine to me nor do your arms look all that skinny. I've never paid attention to digit ratio and I doubt most people would even notice. So, for what it's worth, my humble opinion says you've got nothing to worry about.

I should have included that. You look like most other guys that I know or have dated. Don't sweat it. you look fine.
The only thing feminine seems to be part of your torso. The waist and you said you had breasts.
Hands look plenty masculine, I don't see what you're disappointed with there.
Hey--I really don't perceive the features you mention as feminine. Even after going back and looking with that question in mind. By looking at other people's hands you'll see that there are in fact all sorts of hand shapes and sizes, across the genders--though of course women in general tend to have smaller.
But if you're bothered by this I'd suggest working out with handweights 3 times/week (starting out slow)--which after say 6 weeks would subtly change your hands, which would look stronger (not that they look weak now) and a tad stubbier. The hand and arm exercises would also firm up your torso--maybe enough to change how you feel.
