For some, news that a drag queen threw her wig into the political arena, seeking election this fall to the District 6 (SOMA) seat on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, could have come as a shock. To those that know Glendon "Anna Conda" Hyde, though, the decision might have been far less surprising.
