I think it would be funny, in a scene of a movie or something,
where someone enters there bedroom, and moneys starts appearing and floods the room. "i don't know whether to be happy or afraid." next thing the camera shows money flooding the streets, like a river. people are swimming, drowning in money, but they are so happy! next thing their expression changes from happiness to fear. News reporter : there is a global crisis" money floods the room as he desperately tries to finish his speech.
then, the camera is in outerspace. shows and orbiting satelite pass by. the earth is slowly turning green. next thing the entire earth is covered with dollar bills, miles high! the money is spawning at an increasing rate! next thing the money exits the ozone layer...some of it burns up but the new money takes its place...next thing the money reaches the moon and its only a matter of time till the outbreak spreads to the entire universe!
Seems I read that fairy tale as a kid. Only difference it it was porridge and not money.
yes it has to be money. because on a subconscious and even a conscious level people will have a distaste for the actual sight of paper green money. they will lose their love for it. they will (hopefully) not desire it so much. and on a subliminal level. So the movie should not be about money, that way we can lure people in. they will have conflicting messages, one saying "live for money" and the other saying "money is made out of nasty green greasy paper and it's trying to [litterally] drown you." so these conflicting messages will only amplify the negative feelings towards money.
nasty green greasy paper doesn't describe money to everyone.
No but there is an older movie called The Magic Christian where they create a big pot of human crap then toss a bunch of money in the middle of it and watch all the people try to swim through it to get some of that cold, hard, cash. Though that might seem extreme, the recording industry, the movie industry, big time law firms, good graduate programs, and lots of other things in life are exactly like that.
I've said it before, and here again, most people are prostitutes of one kind or another. Life is not about keeping on some high and mighty moral, or ethical, or legal, or artistic ground - its just a negotiation about the price.
Is that why they call it a Butt Load O' Money?
