hopefully starting HRT very soon but I have a question for you girls.. how long was it before you had physical changes? I'm a sexworker and I need to know how long I have until my body becomes suspicious. thank you!

It was about two or three months before I began to notice changes in my nipples.  They were developing small knots.  It was about 12 months till I noticed that I was filling out a bra better.  and even now at just about 2 years the boobs ares still developing.

I noticed some changes after 1 week, Increased nipple sensitivity, Change in smell, Drier finer hair thinning and drying of skin, slight eye pain. (usually right after my shot)

After 3 weeks my nipples were buds, I'm 2.5 months in now and I'm probably approaching an A-cup now and I really need to consider getting a bra, They jiggle when I run or Jump but not while I walk They can still be easily hidden and only look abit like Man-boobs.

Apparently This is the faster end of the spectrum I always developed early with my male puberty aswell.

at 6 weeks in, I started getting the knots behind my nipples.  I'm currently at 11 months and my breasts are starting to fill out and be noticeable as more than man boobs.  Body hair started to thin out around month 5 as well as softer skin.  I don't see any changes in my face, however my friends and family have said that it has changed.  Hope this helps.

Like Pebbles, my nipples started life just a week after my first dose.  Only 4 weeks in and I am noticing some slight breast development.

It all depends on how much testosterone is in the body. That's why there needs to be an anti androgen as well. The body will fight between the estrogen and testosterone. My T was high for about the first year and it took about 9 months before I felt breast buds and another year approx to get to a B cup but still growing.

So to your question, results vary. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 + months.

It varies tremendously. Not just having a suitable regimen but also your own genetics, and more so than anything else, your age.

From what I've seen (and this is just my observation), people in their 20's or younger start having somewhat noticeable changes in a couple of months, becoming dramatic changes in less than a year.

In their 30's the changes seem to be more subtle and longer, and after that it just takes much much much longer with the amount that can be changed substantially decreased.

However, there are always exceptions.

Answering your question is a little vague not knowing the specifics of your situation, but you might stop ejaculating or reduce substantially with erections becoming difficult to have and maintain in a month or two.
