hello, my first post.
i am a 20 year old, slightly overweight, male and i am becoming interested in cross dressing.
are there any exercises I can perform in home (ie, cheaply) to give myself a more femenine figure?
also, i can't for the life of me figure out tucking, any tips?

Exercises for a feminine figure?  Uh, if you find any, let me know!

As to tucking, (https://www.susans.org/wiki/Tucking_and_Taping) ask and ye shall receive.  I highly recommend the Steffie-Gaff -- easy and cheap to make, and they work well.

Welcome to Susan's, Boogies!  Please take time to read the Terms of Service (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,2.0.html), the twenty rules are there for very good reasons, to help make Susan's a place that's a resource for all who want/need information on gender.

Have a look around, see what you like, strike up some conversations with others of like interests!

And when you get a chance, do post a more complete introduction in the Introductions forum!
