I just love it when I read "people should aim to keep their triglycerides under 150" and then look at my blood tests where my triglycerides are constantly under 50 :3
My diets research paid off! :P
HDL rising (was pretty low previously), triglycerides dead low, LDL quite low (70). :3
I think my lowest triglycerides record is 37. My doctor is impressed I think :D
