A man from the West Midlands, who was believed to have debts of up to £50,000, had a sex change in a desperate bid to avoid debt collectors.
Somehow I don't think that will work very well... have you seen the price of a good GRS surgeon these days! ;D
I seriously doubt that anyone would do that, and certainly not to the point of getting SRS. It would just be too much hassle when you could get reid of the debt by going Bankrupt. Seriously it sounds to me like the debt was actually a rather convennient excuse to hide her true transsexual nature so she didn't have to admit her true motives to friends.
How can someone that deep in the hole manage the funds to get GRS? and not to pay off debts at all?
