I'm new to these forums. I started off by reading as a visitor, then lurked a few more days after I finally registered. I've been impressed with the conversations I've seen here. It's been quite empowering. I'm still learning how to open up a little since I've kept things inside for so long, but this feels like a pretty safe place.
Hi M.Grimm, :icon_wave:
Welcome to our little family. Over 4400 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.
Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams. Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.
But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another member. :icon_hug:

Hello again!
Welcome M.Grimm :)
Welcome M.Grimm, hope you enjoy the forums. :)
Thank you, everyone :)
I must say, this has been really valuable for me already.
Welcome to Susan's, M.Grimm. :icon_flower:
There's a lot of good information and good people here. Each of our stories is unique but we have a lot in common. Settle in, pull up a keyboard, and explore.
As Janet said, be sure to read the rules we live by in this little world of ours. They are under the Announcements heading - or you can use Janet's links.
It is very hard to open up and reveal this secret we've held so tightly for so many years. That is sometimes one of the most difficult parts of becoming yourself.
Happy exploring. :icon_wave:

Welcome Grimm i too am new. How did you come to get that name if you don't mind me asking?
I went over the rules, I'm trying to be careful about not making any faux pas.
And I don't mind explaining my name. The name I'd typically use is actually in use by someone else here and I didn't want to cause any confusion, so this is an online nick I sometimes use as well; I was really into fairy tales as a teen and the fascination never went away.
