From my online buddy Jeremy Hooper comes an interesting comment from the Traditional Values Coalition's Andrea Lafferty.
She was commenting on the fact that the Southern Poverty Law Center designated her group as one of 12 anti-gay hate groups:
Actually, it is a badge of honor for TVC to be listed by the SPLC as a "hate group." It proves we're effective in challenging liberalism, socialism, and the LGBT agenda.

Egads!! This is what we're up against?? :icon_no:
So it's a badge of honor to be lumped in with neo-nazi morons and backwoods militia freaks?? Wow. ???
excuse me for finding it funny how they talk of every agenda but their own.
that and the whole pedophilia thing with the roman catholic cult. (the whiter the collar, the blacker the lace?)
.... if the stupid wasn't obvious before, it should be now...
It was always obvious, that does not make it less attractive.
Look, these people, like many before them, are not fighting homos, or blacks, they are fighting progress. And to be fair, the world they prepared to enter no longer exists, and they are kinda pissed about that.
Eventually they will get old and die unhappy because the world is not what they want it to be.

Well to paraphrase:

unfortunately, dieing old leaves lots of time to cause trouble, even if they are unhappy (which i doubt)

How many more people will they infect with their beliefs and venom to continue perpetuating after they're gone?

until hate and intolerance of people who are different (taught in the form of so called "traditional values") is abolished, humanity will never progress into the 21st century.

That is the sad fact.

Regrettably, that has been true for many centuries, yet the human race has passed through those centuries. That does not mean though that their should not be some hope, and a helluva good try on our parts.
Let us look how far Humanity has come. Yes there are the hopeless cretins with their evil ideals. But, Homosexuality is widely accepted. Religious tolerance is widely accepted, even anti-religious tolerance. Slavery is widely regarded as disgusting. OK, there are parts of the world where all of these evil practices still exist and we have to keep pushing the world agenda to ban them. We have to keep arguing for morality. And yes it has worked. Yes there is a long way to go, but even the existence of this and other sites are a proclamation of Humanity in its finest form. Let us not despair, Let us keep fighting and supporting Life.
Sorry; Having a Philosophical moment, I'll get over it. :icon_caffine:

We already made it into the 21st Century - which of course is strictly a Xian deal to begin with as the Jews and the Chinese both run different calendars so this is not 21 to them, but beside that...
That's it not exactly the world you were promised (but no doubt didn't work for) it might seem disappointing, but on the other hand, its better than we deserve after the 20th probably.

We will if we try; we won't if we don't. We are Humanity. It isn't someone else's agenda to move forward it is the responsibility of all of us. If we give up we give Humanity to the evil cretins. Not a choice that is an option for me.

If these fruit cakes have all the "real story" and are so smart, how come they can't spell Clan properly? ???
I'm with Tekla, we are already here. 22nd Century might be another story.
