So I started a poll some time ago to see what everyone's favourite console was/is. Got quite some diverse answers. :)
Anywho, I figured a thread like this could be a fun, little addition to keep track of people's gaming activities and their opinions on some titles.
Thus, what are you Gaming? 8)
I'm currently playing Overlord II on PC to bide some time before Worms Reloaded and Mafia II come out. It's one of those easy-time-biding games with some funky humour.
I also just finished Heavy Rain for the PS3. Now that game's something... Nice concept although I wish Quantic Dream would've spent some more time on the controls. It's a great game though - something different.
Assassin's Creed II
Bioshock 2
Replaying Modern Warfare 2's campaign (if only to get better at shooters, the story sucked.)
Edit: How can I forget Pokemon? Lost my Ruby and Sapphire along with the game boy (meh) so currently playing Diamond, Pearl, Emerald and SoulSilver (gay name, but still. The older gen Pokemon are clearly superior.)
At the moment im working my way (very slowly as always) through Dragon Age origins. Its mint ;D
Also to pass time and have some good old fun i got House of the Dead Overkill with 2 guns for me and Addison.
Uncharted 2
Left 4 Dead 2
Modern Warfare 2 (PS3), I was so unbelievably bad at this for months, now I'm actually pretty good but in return I'm really sh*t at COD4. Suckss.
After viewing some Quake 2 Done Quick 2 speedruns on YouTube, I've reinstalled Q2 to my Win2K laptop and I'm going to try some speedruns of my own.

Assassin's Creed II
Fun game, but far too easy in my opinion and less emphasis on the whole 'stealth' value.. I actually had fun with the sidequests though.

Hell, so many good critiques on that game that I actually find it a shame RPG isn't my thing. I wouldn't be able to get through Mass Effect if my life depended on it... :/

Gotta agree with you there, i loved it at first but geez if i see one more side quest on one more barely populated planet i'll go mental. Too much of the same thing in that game for me and to say they had the whole Universe to play with some of the Planets didn't half look similar.
Recently, I have been switching back between games.. And yes, I am old school. Here's my list:
Mike Tyson's Punchout
World Heroes
Street Fighter 2 Championship Edition
Yu-Gi-Oh! Dark Duel Stories
Yu-Gi-Oh! Sacred Cards
Left 4 Dead I & II
Bully
GTA Liberty City Stories
The Warriors
not a huge gamer, but play once in a while.
I have xbox live if anyone else wants to play l4d sometime ^ ^
Guild Wars. Oh and some Mount & Blade, taking over the world is fun sometimes :). Plus I'm out for revenge now.. some king guy thought he could loot and burn my village and get away with it, so now I'm destroying his entire kingdom muhahahahaha! *ahem* Erm I really get into the roleplaying lol.
Finished playing Fallout 3 as a total goody two-shoes, so now I'm working on an eeeevil run. Megaton go boom. >:-)
Oh, and I'm still slowly working my way through Pokemon Ruby and as soon as I find my Grim Fandango disk I'm finishing it!

Haha I know, those side quests were just too much. I tried doing them right away and then was like: 'ah crap I need to be back there at level X and I'm not even halfway the main quests..'.. Sure they put a lot of effort in the game.. But all that text made me feel like there was a guy with an axe standing behind me going 'Don't even dare to say you don't like it...'.. ;)

You just gained a ton of 'awesome' points for that one. 8)
World of Warcraft.
I am a complete addict.
If it counts at all, I intend to play Dragon Age and Assassins Creed eventually...aheh....that may be a while if Cataclysm comes out soon.... :icon_evil_laugh:
I've been playing Monster Hunter Tri lately. Some friends at work got me into it and I have to say its probably one of the best games I've played on the Wii.

Ive never looked into World of Warcraft at all for fear of getting addicted to it and spending all my wage on it.. :(
Yeah you should buy both of them, they are cool. I tend to get really into games then never play them for months, which is why when i finish a game im very very proud ::)
I resisted playing Warcraft for years because I didn't want to pay monthly for a game, and I didn't want to get addicted.
Alas...I blame my coworkers for shattering my resolve. I can't see myself giving it up anytime soon.
starting Heavy Rain
replaying Arx Fatalis
restarting Fahrenheit
and a bunch of ps2 and gamecube games intended for postop recovery
definitely! along with vice city too haha i love gta
Eternal Darkness for Gamecube
I lucked out on getting the game for like $15. I don't really care for the game though..but it's alright
Dynasty Warriors 6 for PC
Dragon Age Origins

Dynasty Warriors 6 for PC
Wow I had no idea they made the DWs on the PC! Ive loved DW ever since I got DW2 way back when the PS2 disks were purple! 8D VERY fun games! Are they going to make a DW7?
Despite what i just said, I'm actually currently playing Metal Gear Solid 2 again on extreme mode, managed to beat it recently and get every dog tag ;D And Pokemon Soulsilver <3
Resident Evil 4 for ps2
i heard about how good it was but havent bothered to actually buy till about a month ago haha, good thing too. with all the next gen consoles everything for the ps2 is cheap
and
Combat Arms
^ i suddenly became addicted once i started playing =/

Are they going to make a DW7?
I read on the forums that the developer had recently announced that DW7 would be bettter than DW6, but I don't think there is any more info about it. Everyone was excited because that was the very first indication that they would be making a number 7.
I got DW6 for PS3 first, but then my PS3 broke, and I refuse to buy another one. I got the logitech gamepad that is just like the PS2 game controller and it works fine.
I'm dissappointed that they don't make the DW Empires for PC though, because those are my favorite. They just have DW4, DW6, and Romance of the 3 Kingdoms XI for PC. I also think I saw that gamespot has a PC download for Warriors Orichi. However, these mostly seem to have greatly different system requirtements, so you might find your selection limited by your OS.
I think we've already established that the only video games I frequently play are Pokemon. So, surprise surprise, I'm playing pokemon SoulSilver! Who'da thunk? And I'm chugging my way through it rather slowly, because I have this hopelessly unbalanced novelty team that is pretty much dead to water and rock/ground types-- you can imagine this makes it difficult to get through water/cave areas. 8D;
That being said, I'm actually rather craving some DDR (does that even count as a video game?), but alas, our PS2 died years ago, so I'm tragically without the ability to play DDR. D8
Playing MM9 on PS3 and MM10, ALOT of Dissidia on PSP. Saving up to replace my DS so I can get Soul Silver. Playing though FF5 for the 3rd time, FF6 for the 5th time, FF7 for who knows amount of time and FF8 FINALLY. Also playing The Chronicles of Riddick Assault on Dark Athena, Saint's Row 2 on PS3, Prototype on PS3, Halo 3: ODST campaign, Halo 3 Multilayer, Doom 1, 2 and 3, Soul Calibur 2 and Soul Calibur 4
Red Dead Redemption FTW!
Probably should get back to Pokemon Heart Gold on my DS, Im sure my pokemon miss me dearly
I'm interested into old-school games for the moment,
completing Megaman series!

ahh man im like dying for that game! two of my favourite things: GTA and the wild west!!
waiting for it to go down in price a bit tho
Dead Bugs
A relatively fun and simple game
You don't have to hook up a controller, screen or anything
Just buy some bug spray and set your sprayer to stream spray

Yes, Dead Spider is included in the 2010 version of Dead Bugs ;D
I'm playing way to much right now since I can't do my normal level design work (engine update = broken engine for a couple days/week) >:(
So...
- Finally beat FFX-2 100% after years of trying!
- Age of Conan for its PvP
- Replaying Oblivion
- L4D2 (the mutation event this week is fun if anyone hasn't tried it)
- Played through Mirror's Edge again, love that game..
- Talking with a bunch of RL friends about maybe resubbing to WoW together.. Still on the fence about that one :icon_dizzy:
Shepard's Crossing 2 for NDS. It's like a farming game though it gets a bit boring when you have to wait for the crops and animals to grow. But the graphics are cute and I love how you can make dishes from the stuff that you've produced :3

I played Oblivion for a tiny little bit but it was my friends and he sold it. Seemed good though
I just got Super Mario Galaxy 2 last night... With the collectors edition, hard cover Prima Guide! :D
Still playing WoW these days, working on lvling a rogue alt until cataclysm comes out or my usual crew gets settled where they are and plays again.
I was playing Dragon Age for a while, but I haven't picked it up in a couple of weeks.
Recently got back into Soul Calibur (specifically III for now.)
I will become somewhat decent with Yunsung, you'll see.

Hah, I wish. It doesn't agree with my modem for some reason.
Lately I've been playing Call of Duty: Black Ops for PS3
