Hi everyone,
Yippee, my consultation with my surgeon yesterday went very well and I was offered 13th July for my SRS. It was his last date until the autumn so I took it. Now I'm freaking out as its just over six weeks time and so many things to buy, travel arrangements to make,etc,etc.
Mr Thomas told me he would only have to do a penile inversion and not the scrotal so he can use the scrotal for labia etc.
The consultation was quite stressful and emotional just about come back down today.
Can someone explain how to get my ticker counter up again I've forgotten, yeah I know, blond moment, lol.

I'm glad someone had a good day yesterday! Mine was awful and sadly today wasn't much better. Still struggling to find an ending for my book plot. ::)

Thanks everyone, yeah, I couldn't believe being given the last date before the autumn, it would have meant waiting until end of September/October. And as Jenny has said, its better weather (I hope). So much to do now though, lol. I can't believe I will soon be whole and complete after so many years. It seems a little surreal at the moment.

I think if you put the 'img' in square brackets - [ img ] - and the ending one with a slash - [ /img ] - it should work. Don't put in the spaces - I just did that so that it will show up here.

EDIT: Here's what worked for me. Take out all of the spaces and add your own ticker.

Thanks Hun, Are you more freaked out because of stopping your Hormones? or of the surgery it self? I'm freaked out because of both and what exactly to pack lol. I don't wanna take to much but I don't wanna take to less either.

I'm freaking out because of both and the fact that I didn't know my surgery was going to be so soon, only found out on Tuesday after seeing the surgeon and he had this one space left before the autumn. So its a combination of getting everything together, what do I need to buy, and all the above, lol.

Now if only I can change my ticker?
if you look a the BB code for your ticker you will see the date embedded in the code. Just change the date and that should work.
For instance, in the code for my previous ticker from Ticker Factory it has the date embedded as: 20100621
That is: yyyymmdd
so just find your date in your code and add 2 days! ;)

Yeah, cool MsGiselle, we will be sisters and reborn on the same day. Yeah we will have to exchange notes and how our surgeries have gone. I do have free wifi in my hospital room and I will be in for eight days so when/if I feel ok after I will let you and all at Susan's how its gone.

I'm debating wether to bring my laptop with me. I know they have wifi there but. My sister is going with me and she's already said she's not carrying all my bags lol. I don't feel like carrying it around with me, i'll think I'll wait till im home.

Yup... I've been watching Chloe's ticker tick down for several months now
Now it is a week away
I am torn between happiness, excitement, concern and jealousy for her
