Does it go away? If so, roughly around how long on T?
I'm not talking about randomly squeaking and stuff, but more if I try to sing something that's now out of my range, my voice just doesn't come out at all. Is that going to stay?
Like any guy going through puberty, it will take a while (months) for your voice to even out and settle down. Mine is still changing 22 months on T.

Did for me, I screamed as loud as a could in desperation when it forced itself upon me :'( and nothing ever came out, still nothing comes out.

my voice was pretty squirrelly for about 5 months. That singing stuff is there to stay. When you start T your vocal chords stretch rapidly and they become damaged. It gets a little better with time but you'll probably always have that problem to some extent
Annoying. I can't sing, so I don't care if I can't hit the notes in tune. I just hate getting to a high note and finding that my voice doesn't come out at all.
