I've seen at least in one CVS pharmacy that they have a big box behind the counter of those medicine spoons for giving away.
If you ask nicely, they would probably give you one for free.
They do also have nicer ones on the customer shelves for actual money.
Still, you might as well try a free one first.
Other Pharmacies more than likely carry them too.
I know for sure that Meijer's has them along with CVS

Yup! They have them at meijer's also, possible other pharmacies.
They're also at Wal-Mart for about a dollar.
If you know any kids getting meds, ask for the spoon when the script is done as they will give a free one with the script quite often.
Just about any grocery store, walmart/target/kmart, any walgreens/cvs type place. They're ultra cheap if the pharmacist won't give you one for free.
Yeah, i got mine for free at Walgreens!
It's shocking how hard these are to find in the UK. Every supermarket, corner shop and pharmacist I have come across I have had a look for them, nowhere to be found. Looked in many many shops in many many cities. It's ridiculous :P
