omg its gross so gross, I want to make it smaller, I've gained weight so when i lose it my chest will be smaller.
Yeah, I know the feeling. Except, I haven't gained weight, so it means they're growing on their own. :( It's horrible!
It's not about "weight".
Yes, you can reduce the size of your chest by lowering your body fat percentage, but you only get there by increasing your weight. In other words, by doing athletic things to increase your muscle mass and strength.
See, if you try to diet them away your body will go into "starvation mode" and cling onto every scrap of body-fat it has.
It "is" possible that the non-fat-tissue is expanding/growing, in which case, nothing you can do to reduce their size, least of "loose weight"

It may seem mean to dash hopes, but it's better to accept it when one can't change something like this, than to make oneself physically ill trying.
ugh, i know. it's just frustrating to know that even if i get down to 140(i'm 5'9) the moob things will never be below a c-cup save for surgery [which isn't an option when you're still going to school with people who think 1+1=11 (it's 10... in binary)]
1+1=2.
Within the last two months i gained 15+ lbs, so i can imagine what i gained..up there.. T_T;
aw
It could be much worse dude :P I'm currently wearing a 34E bra and it's a little bit too small. Hooray for pregnancy!
You're pregnant?
I am indeed :)

1+1=2.
There are 10 types of people in this world
Those who understand binary, and those who do not.
[this joke will go under-appreciated I'm sure. But as to your post, a good half of my class doesn't even know 1+1=2, let alone understand that^ joke]

It may not help much but take up some pectoral exercises. It might rid you of a little of it anyway
