No dosages allowed in your post.

Your breasts can get a lump like feel when they first start to grow.

You are going through the first stages of puberty.

The lumps under your nipples and the breast sensitivity are what a normal girl goes through as she starts becoming a woman.  This is normal.

And it is normal for one breast to be slightly smaller than the other.  Much of it seems to have to do with whether you are right or left handed.

Yes it's normal, You take the hormones you grow boobs, Oh boy will it hurt.

Firstly get what feel like peanuts behind your nipples then your nipples look like they are melting at first then they get bigger. Actual breast development comes in later.

I'm 4 months in and now there like walnuts half sitting in 4 slices of pepperoni.

Your hormone regime seems very erratic and dosen't look like one a doctor would prescribe. I'm not so zealous about everything always begin official because your situation might be difficult (And I know how homophobic turkey is) but for your own sake if you do decide to self medicate research it properly or you won't get good results and may end up seriously hurting yourself.

Being a woman just about anywhere is hard.  But that is just one of our strengths.

BTW: They found something that can do the work of 10 men...

One woman.
