Title: a very confusing question about bottom surgery
Post by: Everyone on June 12, 2010, 05:10:18 PM
I heard someone somewhere once say something about the different types of surgery that confused me. But I don't remember exactly what it was about. They said that with one type of bottom surgery you can get an erection on your own, and with the other you have to get an implant or something to get an erection. Is that true? If so, which type of surgery is which. Sorry if this is really confusing lol

Metoid you can get a erection but you will have a very small penis, Phallo you need an implant and it probably won't look realistic but it would be a realistic size.
