So, I really need to get some new lenses for my glasses, and I'm thinking of going back to an older pair, just for the change, and because my current glasses are a little heavy. But I can't decide which I like the best. So which of the following old pairs of glasses do you think looks best on my new face? ;D L-R Current Glasses, Round Glasses, Square Glasses.

I went with current frames and think that would make a nice avatar pic. ;)
Nice beard growth BTW ;D
First pair.
IMHO: don't go with frames so light that they're almost invisible. Avoid round frames as well.
P.S. Can you get lighter lenses?

Alas, unless there's some new technology out, these are as light as they come. I'm
really blind. :(
Definitely the first, the others just look kind of. . . weird.

Too bad. I was just thinking that maybe the new glasses would be too heavy...

Welcome to the club... but don't...
Just don't get those horrible "tiny" glasses... they don't work in real life...
Each of these, like your hat, make a statement.
It really depends on what you want to say.
The first pair say (to me at least), I'm a guy with a hat.
The second pair say, I'm a guy with some history, I might be interesting.
The third pair say I'm interested in you.
If you own all three, then you can interchange them. That might be fun.
Hope this helps.

I'd highly recommend the Jaxon Blues Crushable Fedora. (That's what I'm wearing in this photo.) I got mine from The Village Hat Shop on line, and they have a nice variety of styles in all sizes and price ranges - even for my tiny head and limited budget. ;D

Interesting breakdown. I'm leaning toward the round ones at the moment. I wore them for several years, and always got compliment on them. And, yes, I like the throw-back to earlier times. Plus, because of their size, they are very light weight, and they don't fog up as much in cold weather, of which there is a
lot in this part of the country. I'm kind of surprised how few people here like them.
But I'm a little concerned that these days they make me look a bit like a movie Nazi. (I keep seeing that image, in my head, of the guy's face melting in
Raiders of the Lost Ark.)

Trust me, you don't look like a nazi. You might look a little NY Jewish.
If I met you, I would talk to you. And that's what counts really.
