hi
this is may be an old question, but please answer me
i have been on hrt for a year now, three monthes ago i stopped E, but remains on finasteride, when i stopped E, my ejaculate was cloudy, and watery, which means i don't have sperm, or have a very low sperm count , and three monthes after sopping E, iam still have the same ejaculate, is this mean that i will not have any improve in sperm count, and that iam not a sterile, please tell me .
please note that after stopping E, iam still having the smooth skin, and light fine body hair, even my beard is growing slower than before, as if iam still taking estrogen
do you think i have any chance for increaing sperm count, please tell me
thanks

only fix for atrophied testes is testosterone injections
I think the general rule of thumb is that after 6 months of female HRT you should expect permanent infertility...which is why they recommend banking sperm before HRT if you plan on having kids later. For the HRT drugs, I don't think it's the E that is the main concern though...it's the Spiro (you said you stopped E, not Spiro). However, you can ask your doctor if they think there is anything you can do. Like FurryDessert said above, if it's possible at all, it'll probably take male HRT...which comes with all the side effects that you took female HRT to rid yourself of.

Who told you that cloudy watery ejaculate means infertility?
The only way to measure fertility is in a lab.
another thing is observed here
for the first time, and after stopping the hrt, iam having erectile dysfunction
also, my breasts are heavier and getting bigger
it is like iam having endogenous estrogen or something
i don't understand

If you go cold-turkey from t-blockers and estrogen, your adrenal glands can go into overdrive to compensate for the sudden hormone change. If they are producing excess testosterone precursors, it may be converted to estrogen (as with body builders who overdose).
The moral of the story here is to ease off gradually if you're going to stop - i.e. gradually reduce your dose over a month or so.
I'm no doctor, but based on what the OP was typing, it seems as if this is entirely true. Cosult your doctor before stopping or slowing down on meds... it can have other serious side effects!
Just be careful!
A few months after I started estrogen, I stopped ejaculating except once every few months. It's bizarre to me that you still ejaculated after a year.
I wanted to go for a fertility test to see if I was sterile yet after over a year of spiro and 11 months of estrogen, but only the standard pre-ejaculate drips out minutes following orgasm.
thanks for your replies
