Title: is there a such thing as a binder for your hips

or is there some way to get them smaller without taking testosterone.

Liposuction, and yes, there are compression shorts but they have very limited value.

My mate (Sevan) sugests spanx. They don't do much but it's something.

You can get a few things from stores that help tuck in the hips and thighs and belly like spanx.

Depends on what part of the hip. The long underworks 997 binder will trim a few inches off the meaty part of your hips but it depends on how much fat is there.

Long underworks binder. Compression shorts. Or an abdominal binder.
