mainly, I want to know if your face gets fatter or if it gets skinnier, or if it stays the same
Both and neither. Each individual is different. The fat does seem to leave your face enough to square it off a bit on average.
It really does depend. When I first began T I gained a lot of weight in general, like 40lbs over the course of 4 or 5 months. Which for my body type was an excessive amount weight, it's the only time in my life I even tiptoed the boarder of being overweight. At that point my face was pudgy and there was a huge difference in how I looked before I began T and at that point in time.
My doctor switched my meds (the ones I take for being bipolar) and I lost all of that weight fairly quickly. For 2 years now I've been back to my original weight and my face looks pretty much the same, a little more square but not a lot. Unless you look at pictures of me before and after right next to one another you don't really see the differences.
ZomZom, this has been asked in another thread and others have answered with some very heartening photographs.
It is here.
