Stumbled onto this product searching for shaving tips: Aveeno Positively Smooth Shaving Gel. I'm early into electro. (5 months or so) Progessing slowly of course!!!! The reviews looked really promising. It's supposed to slow regrowth and make hairs finer.
I can't believe I didn't hear about it here first :)
It's ok as a shave gel, but the hair growth slower part didn't do anything noticeable for my face. It did seem to help a little on my legs where the hairs were already really fine, but you have to keep up using it for a few months to see a change.
From what I remember it did at least smell really nice :)

I've used it before with good results. I usually use Kiss My Face gel these days, only because it's at a store closer to home.
Tried and I was not impressed with the hair aspect. It is alright for a shave gel.
I've been using Aveeno Positively Smooth Facial Moisturizer (but not the shaving cream) for about three years now. My skin is much, much softer, but no hair reduction to speak of.
Yeah, the hair minimizing claims of this and another product whose name escapes me now didn't seem to be true. But, I can also grow a full beard in 6 weeks. I'm hoping to start laser soon.
I used it till recently but it seems to have done off the market. I loved it.
