I saw in a shop in Brussels rubber boobs. You could wear a bra and fill it up with something like rice or something else. Does anybody has experience with rubber boobs. Or another way to get boobs.
At work place, I usually wear tubetop bras, sometimes with pads. Today one of female colleague recognized my wearing padding, and commented I have better wear them only under dark-colored tees. Last week, I wore a white tube top bra under a white tee without padding, but she noticed it, as the tee was so transparent.
Outdoors, I usually wear nude bra under A-cup bra or sport bra, which make me look having A-cup boobs. B-cup bras are too big for me as they can make me look ludicrous (too big boobs to too skinny trunk).
In summer, silicon nude bra under sports bra is comfortable for me.
Barbie~~
You can use balloons, or like knee-high nylons and use birdseed or rice - that's the old standby. Using liquid should be avoided for obvious reasons. Silicone comes the closest to the density and movement of human flesh, but it can get pricey.
Full silicon breast replacements are expensive but you can get nice silicon bra pads for in the $20-$30 range. These can work fine if you you have some volume already. And you could always place a bit of extra padding behind them and still have a fairly realistic look. Just be careful about the pad's edges showing under some types of fabrics. I've got a pair I wear with my A & AA bras and they've always done the trick for me.

I just saw this and had to come back with this link. It's called "Wine Rack": a $30 sports bra with pouches for liquid and a tube to drink from. This could be handy in the summertime, though icing down your drink could be tingly.

try "breast form shop"
Lots of online breast shops for fackies
Breastforms are the best, so I've been told. I have ordered mine from a breastform supplier in the US. I understand from site rules I cannot name the store. If I am wrong can a moderator advise and I will provide their website address.
This is a video I found like this.

If those are breast forms then I am glad of Lyric's advice over here too (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,80746.msg562882.html#msg562882), to try bra inserts. I didn't go for the full globe shape at first, as I prefer a lower-cut top, but my ovals look nearly identical to those in all but scale - and for less than a fifth of the price. Of course, I might start to see the benefits more after a few days' practical usage...
