I also read myself through the list of supplements from the "natural transition" website but i'm really clueless...I know that certain foods like tofu and chicken can make your breasts grow. and i will definitely start drinking coffee againt tomorrow morning. But what else would help? What kind of supplements would have an impact? (Mine have recently grown from a small A almost B cup even though i haven't gained weight and I hate it...)

Ha! I'm glad I drink so much coffee.
Im sure its just scam..
that's what i'm thinking. one other thing i just read up on was tap water and estrogen. i've been drinking a whole lot of tap water this summer....
i think it sucks you can get estrogen for free with your tap water but you need a prescription for testosterone :D
okay, one more thing ....seems that plastic bottles also give off estrogens :-\
I've been a heavy coffee drinker for many years and the only thing my moobs have done in that time is grown. I don't think the amount of androgens found in foods is that much that you'd see a significant result, but that's just my opinion. :P
hmkay....so maybe i'll save the money i was just about to spend on this book:

i guess when this actually should work for "some", it may heavily depend on ones habitude, as with many things. which does not imply that one should expect spectacular results.
My girlfriend is a coffee addict, and her boobs are huge lol.
who knows what size they'd be ;) kidding...in the description of the study it says that half the women responded to it and the other half didn't.....but i'm still going on a coffee diet starting tomorrow :D
Rigorous exercise, cutting all the fat from your body, can reduce chest size... (NOT DIET! EXERCISE!)
But the chest may grow none the less. The tissue part can increase in mass even if your fat% hits rock bottom. It's not as likely, but it's not impossible.
The article even states that it is true for about half of women to have the gene that shrinks with coffee.

It still may require a diet, though. A great deal of exercising and working out is about how you eat.
Doing one without the other might not give the best results.
...Anyone know what it is in coffee that can cause breasts to shrink? The article doesn't say. :-\ I'm really not a coffee fan (go tea! woo!) so it would be interesting to see what other things could have the same effect.

i haven't found anything on that but when you google there's tons of article on "coffee breasts smaller/shrink", some of which go into detail about the study. coffee is really a complex combination of different extracts....(sometimes the secret is in the mixture....like how they say that filtered coffee is completely different from expresso in how your body reacts to it)

Eating healthy =/= dieting, is the point.
Diet is just the things ingested by an organism. Dieting is often done to reduce weight or eat healthy but actually all people diet i. .e eat.

There's a common misconception about dieting, in that a lot of people tend to use it to mean "stop eating" or to fast. This isn't always the case. Dieting is an important part of exercising because it does indeed include eating healthy.
Strange ...
I heard that coffee lows testosterone which is why I haven't touched the stuff in months!
My breasts have shrunk quite a bit actually. Down from a C cup to an A cup. ;)
I once read of a novice nun who was told that she had to lose her generous breasts and this was done by other nuns putting hot poultices on them.
The story seemed true at the time but its hard to imagine how it could work unless there really is some effect that prolongued heat has on fatty tissues...but are female breasts soft non-fatty tissue or just fat stores?
If a male takes E and gets boobs then logically a female taking T would lose hers but it don't work that way.

That's incredible! Congratulations.

Thank you! I think it had to do with quite a few factors including stopping breast feeding, diet and upping my exercise and perhaps T. Must be actually because they haven't been this small since that awful day that they started to go.
I'm gonna call scam on this one. Just like how pills won't grow you a bigger dick, they're not going to shrink parts either lol
The only natural way I've seen anyone seemingly reduce the size of their boobs has been to get ripped at the gym. Female body builders (who aren't taking any steroids) seem to have a redistribution going on and the fact their pecs get more muscly always seems to lessen everything else.
Also, strength building workouts are a natural way to elevate hormones like like T. Also a quick Google search brought this up http://ifitandhealthy.com/how-to-increase-testosterone-levels/ (http://ifitandhealthy.com/how-to-increase-testosterone-levels/)
Plenty of foods also have estrogen in them. Soy especially (and soy is in damn near everything these days). Researchers are finally starting to link up increased instances of some cancers to a proliferation of soy in the body. Even some men are coming down with breast cancer because of too much estrogens in their bodies.
That's weird... coffee, huh? Not sure what to think of that.
And now you said that, the next time I eat chicken it's gonna be hard to swallow! ::)
Heavy exercise is the only way I know of to do that. It increases your testosterone production and you lose body fat (therefore, smaller breasts.)
