Title: Tomboy Clothing
Post by: kesenaie on July 24, 2010, 05:19:52 PM
Hi ^^

I didn't see a topic about this, mostly topics for feminine clothing! I'm more of a tomboy and I like to wear boy clothing more, cause I like the styling more. Anyway, I'm thinking of ordering some more jeans, but I'm from Europe. I can wear size 28/32 (I think these are US sizes? Waist / length or something?). Now there's this site where I can order, but it only says 28", it's an english size. Can someone help me with this?

I'd like it if more people'd post like a pic of what they're wearing today or things they've recently ordered! :)
I'll start off with my recent addition to my pile of jeans

(just a model pic)

I can help in that a 28/32 in american is a 28" (71 cm) waist and 32" (81cm) inseam, or crotch to hem.

I don't know English sizes though.  If the ranges go from 28-38 or something, it must be waist, since inseams only go to 34 normally, or 36 for tall sizes.

Good luck!

Hehe I love male jeans!
Here skinny jeans are everywhere, it's horrible! No normal jeans anywhere.
Anyway, I went shopping again and ordered something from the internet too :D

I got some awesome black jeans with a lycra coating on it! They're quite shiny too. Also ordered a MH055 Button and Zipper Hoodie Jacket 3 Colors from Ebay, which looks awesome. It's kinda a bit long-ish for me but I hope it'll shrink a bit! I'm still looking for some normal shirts now :( Can't find any of them anywhere..

I've looked at the vest too, but decided not to buy it, it's not the material I want. G-shock looks nice, I'm saving up for an Ice watch myself!

I bought some jeans from Marshall's this week for school - they get alot of the designers from all over in one shop. The Gap is also great in the guys section.

The ice watch was really cool.....was white the only color that you wanted?

I am having problems finding binders in the US....any ideas? Where can I find them on-line?

Binders, your best bet would probably be the 997 from underworks.com, and they are in the USA. Honestly, ask in the FtM section. I only have experience with binding due to being on HRT, and having to be in a compromising position before coming out. Binding is not fun, and I'm sure many will attest to that... oh well, only a few more days of that! ;D

So I guess there's only MtF's here? xD
While this isn't really tomboy clothing, I really love suits! I'd love to get one tailored.

Anyway. I got two jeans free, a grey and white one from New Yorker and G-Star... just paid the shipping costs. I also bought a Hollister Balboa jeans from someone else :)
Can't wait till they arrive. http://www.hollisterco.com/hol/images/collection/38934_01_900_f.jpg (http://www.hollisterco.com/hol/images/collection/38934_01_900_f.jpg)
I've been buying lots of children's clothing from Scotch Shrunk too... too small for normal clothes. Wish there were more 'kiddie' clothes with a preppy look.
