Malaysian transsexual Fatine Young has won her asylum claim to remain in the UK.
Young entered the country on a six-month tourist visa in 2008. She has had a previous appeal for a permanent visa rejected by the Home Office.
Fantastic news, its wonderful to read a good news story, I had been following Fatine's story since she got married in the UK, Im so glad things are working out for her, btw didn't she look stunning in her red wedding dress, Lady in Red.
p
I am also glad she is able to stay with her Husband. I remember reading her story and hope that she would be able to stay.
Great news indeed.
