Hi Jenni P

Welcome to Susan's and best wishes for when you have your surgery.  There is a lot of information around, so ask questions and if you like you can participate in the various forums, if you so wish.

I use to live in England, but now I live on the other side side of the planet!

Take care and all the best for the future.

Kind regards
Sarah B

Hi Jenni

I came to Australia about 35 yrs ago from Liverpool. I'm not even sure where Shropshire is :o. Southern England? Cider comes to mind, and my mind has been hurt by cider   .

I went for a holiday on the Norfolk Broads eons ago. Cider was consumed in large quantities. After a week I ended up with a boyfriend and a hangover that lasted for years. Scrumpy - that was the name.

Welcome

Cindy

Hi all

thanks for your welcomes.

Janet - I have read through your links.  :)

Antonia - Thanks for the link; I have met Ruth! Mind you I haven't seen her for some years now. Say 'hello' to her for me the next time you speak, please (she probably won't remember me though!)

Cindy - Shropshire is on the England/Wales border about level with the mid/north parts of Wales. I'm not a local here but think that the locals might be upset at being called southern English  ;D

Hi Cindy

South of Liverpool is Cheshire, south of Cheshire is Shropshire. Largest inland county in England.

My dad escaped (sorry) came from Liverpool  ;D

Hi.  That's great news regarding your hormone replacement therapy and most especially regarding your upcoming surgery.  We honestly think you'll come to really like it here.  Check it out and see for yourself.

I greatly admire The British, and that's a fact.  Always have.  Always will.

Glad you're here.    ;)
