Title: Dianne 35
Post by: Krissy_Is_A_Gem on August 05, 2010, 09:12:13 AM
Ok

I know this topic is out of bounds but my endo prescribed it to me for after my GRS. Since GRS I tried it about 25 days post op and got serious hot flushes and ended a being that nauseous I was vomiting bile.
I could only attribute these reactions to introducing the hormones. I ve been told that introducing hormones after surgery does have some implications but surely not the reaction I had.
Ive stopped taking the pills and feel fine and will be discussing what my hormone regime should be from my endo when I get back.

Im really seriously confused now as what I should be taking

I would call your endo asap and say this drug is not acceptable.

You have the right to demand the treatment you deserve.  You should demand a different E as Diane-35 is pretty dangerous, hence why it is forbidden to talk about here on this site.  But I am glad you brought up your concerns about having been prescribed it and how it is currently affecting you.
