well, it's obvious why I joined this site - and I'm glad I did!
Just a few weeks ago, at age 32, I finally came to terms with my gender identity. I am a man, physically, but a beautiful lady at the core! :)
Like I don't know why it took me this long to figure it out, but whew! Good times now!
So I have just opened the door and am about to go through it. I am going to come out to a close lady friend on Sunday...4 days away...with my brother's wedding in between then so iy-yi-yi! my stress and anxiety have been getting up there recently, and my appetite is low, my sleep is starting to get better...the more I fully fully accept this and am ready to change.....I guess if I'm that much a nervous wreck, I must be on the right track? Oh yeah!
So that's that. I haven't even figured out a female name yet! ...
Can't wait to see where this road leads!

Welcome to Susan's. We are a pretty friendly bunch with lots of experiences. Janet or Kate will post where the TOS are but they are in the main page, read them and the rules are simple.
It is a great relief to acknowledge who you are. I think we often don't understand how much we hurt ourselves by pretending. Nice to hear you are coming out to a friend. And I know from experience you are going to as jealous as hell looking at the other women at the wedding. I'd look good in that, Like those shoes, nice clutch bag. wish I had those ear rings. Been there done that :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Welcome aboard! 32 is young compared to some of us. I started my trasition last year at 41 and some of the members here didnt start their transition until they were in their 50's and 60's. (I am even aware of one old broad who started transition in her 70's! But she isnt a susans member. (as far as I know)

wow, just had the wedding this weekend an boy oh boy were you right! I had a heavy (albeit amazing) tux but was pretty jealous of all the ladies there! hahah they looked so great! maybe next wedding....hahahaha
