Hello ZeZe...

It depends on your age, how long you've been on HRT, what mix and ratios or brands you're using....tablets/injectables....?

Whether you are doing this in a regular fixed dosage.....controlled safe way.... or if silly not!

Genetics and any underlying AIS will add to the mix...

As will your diet, fat gains et al.....

But if some years down the line (HRT) you're still only a small A cup....then just like with 1000's of natal women breast augmentation (probably one of the most frequent cosmetic procedures) is your only realistic option....

And lest we forget just as with normal women as we age our breast continue to alter, droop and sag....

And we have to start checking them more frequently too....for (dangerous) lumps, bits and bobs....

Hi ZeZe,
The usual quote on HRT is about a size smaller than Mum and sisters. GOOD plastic surgeons can do fantastic boob, butt, face, whatever jobs. BAD plastic surgeons can ruin your life make you a freak, left in disfigured pain. The good tend to be expensive the bad tend to be cheap. Wonder why? Lots of girls on this site have had work and you can go through past posts to see who was good, or start a thread if you wish.

The advertised creams and potions are designed very carefully to remove your money, and that is all they do. There are no rub on creams that will get rid of wrinkles, no matter the money back guarantee.  Yes a healthy cosmetic regime does help to keep your features nice, but some of the cheapest moisture's, and some are well known, are as if not more effective as stuff in the $100's dollar range.  Mine can be bought on the supermarket for less than $10, it may present as O...y , washing  your face in cold water, using sorbelene based soaps, make sure you clean your make up off before bed, well usually ::), there are times. Taking care of how you look. Guess what most men look in the mirror to shave, most TG/CD look in the mirror to see if they pass, most woman look into a mirror to see how they look, and take care of their skin.

Many woman will still say their biggest asset is their face. Sadly we still live in a very sexist society.

We need to take care of it.

Cindy

there are simple massage techniques that you can do daily to help bloodflow
to your breast and in the long run achieve some growth.
it takes time and i do it like 3 or 4 times a day or when ever my breast feel sore from the HRT
(Its great for pain relief)

Sweetie,

Just go get implants, you can only grow secondary sexual characteristics so much,
all those great changes usually stop after 2 years, whatever you develop is yours and
the rest you have to achieve through the hands of a skilled plastic surgeon.

I developed B cup breasts over 31/2 years. Thing seemed to have stopped with coming off hormones prior to srs. I'm now waiting to see whether there will be additional growth now I am back on hormones and without testosterone before making a decision on BA

I'm really more interested in nipple growth... I've got smaller nipples than every man I've met, let alone the women, of course. My doctor says they will grow in time, but I'm honestly doubting it. Frustrates me to NO END that guys with completely flat chests have nipples four times bigger than mine. Blergh.

to see very temporary growth you could try a breast pump as they do actually cause a breast to swell for a few minutes.   Whether they are safe is something you have to decide for yourself.

while some of us including me have had some results from using herbal things its as well to remember that what to us might be exotic herbs can be common everyday ingredients in some foreigners diets.
So basically what it boils down to is:  do you want to spend say six months trying herbals and getting nothing or do you want to go straight to HRT and get a fairly guaranteed result?

Bigger boobies tend to have a lot of fat. Mine used to be ginormous then I lost a lot of weight and they almost disappeared. Truth be told, big boobies are a visual pleasure only, they make your back ache like crazy and it can be a bitch to get comfortable when you're trying to sleep.

The right bra can work wonders and remember that it is easier to find really pretty bras in smaller sizes.

Also, it gets a bit wearing when people talk to your boobies instead of your face.

After 3 years on HRT i just went on got a set of D's and had them put under the Pec muscle so they wouldn't move around and so they would be closer to my rib cage and have not any back problems at all,but i am also a very fit 63.
