HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) ― The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is changing its policy on how transgender people identify themselves on driver's licenses.
Good news, indeed. Each state that makes it easier for us to get the correct gender on our licenses moves us that much closer to recognition and equality.

Actually, they do allow the change with certain requirements. There are still states such as South Carolina who don't allow it under any circumstance.
hmm I got a legal gender change in PA in early March of this year and a new license with M on it very shortly afterward...
