Children often naturally explore and are curious about those around them, particularly of different genders and orientations than them. Gender Identity and the desire to be of the opposite sex is nothing alarming, but it can be a challenge in societies where norms surround us from all angles, certain gender roles that are still applied.
First and Foremost, Often the backlash and rejection that follows the gaps in self-confidence followed by such rejections and curiosity.
