Hi Kaeren,

There was a discussion (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,83101.0.html) a while ago about phytoestrogens which I think is the same thing.
Some reported experiencing some effects from it but they're mild at best IMHO.

I heard the theory about beer (hops) having a feminizing effect like on guys developing 'beer tits' but uh, I think someone's forgetting about the calories. Plus the fatter you get the more estrogen there is so if that's what it is it's indirect and secondary and not worth clogging your arteries for :D

Of course, I guess you could do that haha

It's strange that I have heard that the most potent phyto estrogens are found in black cohosh and soy product.
I don't remember reading the same about hops before.

I
many generations of men have consumed vast quantities of hops in beer and gotten plenty fat and no doubt some of these fat slobs have gotten manboobs.
go try some plant extracts for a whiel to see if they give you some femininising effects but basically they don't do much so you might as well go get a doctor to prescribe the good stuff.
