well i just passed 3 times today!!!! i have never passed before haha well, i think because i am such a talkative person and i have a feminine voice :P I cant believe i've actually had 3 people refer to me as a guy (i didnt speak though so that helped) haha ah i was so happy....but, some of my friends who i havent come out to yet kind of informed me after the other guys (they thought i was one of them!) left that they thought i was a guy, and i told them "i dont care, i like it" ^^ wow i could go on and on about how happy i am! do you guys remember the first time you passed? ;D
I literally never pass because I have long hair. Congrats on passing though. :)
The first time I passed was when I was 17 and at a clothing store looking to buy a tux for prom. I've only passed maybe 3-4 times since then (6 years ago).
Congrats! Always a great feeling. I haven't gotten a sir in awhile. Today when I went to pick up my car from the shop, the dude in the office told the other dude that came in that "She's ready to pick up her car now." The other dude looked really confused and said, "The person on the phone?" And the guy pointed at me and said, "No, her." The other dude looked at me for a long second and then waved for me to follow him to the shop.
I was 12 or 13 I think. After I went and got a bowl cut against my mom's will :) If only I could go back and start binding then...that would be great.
That's really awesome, passing for the first time always lifts up my mood. And ever since I can remember I've been mistaken as a guy, but it's still fun to hear it.
Hell yeah..Congrats man! Thats pretty flippin awesome...I pass a lot now so its weird for me now that I am almost ALWAYS being called a guy when I have those weird few people that are like "Her...Crystal...She..."I'm like what the lol
The first time I passed was in a women's restroom. /-: I can't actually remember the first time I passed outside a bathroom situation, but I do get giddy when it happens.

But Devyn, I also have long hair, and I can pass occasionally, and not just in the ladies' room. Send me a message if you want some help with making long hair look masculine.
can i have that message about how to make long hair look masculine as well? :) i pass most the time when people look at my face or hear me talk but when most of what they see is my hair (which happens, because it's SOME hair, so back and side view are basically "a stick with long blond locks on top") , strange things happen (someone honked their horn at my girlfriend and me :o )
The first time I passed was when I was three years of age and my mother was repeatedly told "What a lovely boy!". It's been downhill all the way since then...
But, it is great to hear it when others pass. Success!
Congrats on passing! It's always a wonderful feeling!
First time I passed I was in my early teens at the mall. I was wearing an oversize sweatshirt and baggy jeans. A couple asked me politely for directions and called me 'sir.' We happened to be standing near a directory so I just pointed at that without saying anything and giving myself away ...
No wait even earlier! My family and I were at a camping resort and there was an attendant there who kept calling me, 'sir'. I was only about 10 or so. It both excited me and bewildered me. I think she was a bit slow but perhaps she saw something that no one else did. Who can say?
Actually my Mother use to complain how much I looked like a boy as a baby even with ribbons in my hair. So who knows. lol
Congrats on passing!!!
All my life I have had moments of people calling me a boy...so much when I was younger that my mom made me grow my hair out and wear dresses. Once I entered middle school she let me dress & act however, I wanted.
I don't think I even come close to passing and I waited too freakin' long to begin the journey to transitioning -- I am almost 40! However, I pass at least once a week. I love it ever time it happens!!!
I can't wait until I pass all the time...the waiting is killing me!
