My friend juuuust had to call me and she knows my status very dang well ok and idk her friends that she was with and they don't know me at freakin all. But alas she just had to ma'am me! Wtf? I thought she had accepted my status with no god dang problem and now this crap! This just peeved me off and I wonder if I should go back being invisible as that's what I'm best at and no matter what I do or say counts any freakin way... Idk I am just angry and hurt idk anymore it don't matter
That sucks:( It is obviously not something you did since she already knows your status. To be honest it just sounds like she was being rude.
Yep she was very rude to me it didn't help the fact that she laughed about it. If she was just trying to joke with me she needs to fess up. I haven't heard from her since I posted this nor have I contacted her. If she wants apologize to me for her actions she can. But in the meantime posting about it really helped and I'm not so mad at her anymore.
Hi what i usually do when someone calls me sir like in a store or whatever, if it is a woman Ill call her sir, and if it is a man, well then Ill call them mam! Its petty but it makes me feel better
lolz nice. Kindly puts me in me in mind when a friend of mine kept useing female pronouns and calling me by my female name on purpose as she thought she was allowed to til I sat her down and asked her how she would feel if she was in my situation then she got the message and hasn't done it since :D
I got "ma'am"'d yesterday. The most beautiful thing about it is I didn't have most make-up on. Everything else was natural. Nothing fake here.
