Last night I had taken off my bra and was just in a sweatshirt/
When I went to came down the stairs I was moving fast and it was Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! all the way down. My breast were flopping around and that hurt.
This is all new to me, so it was a surprise. Not an enjoyable one though.
I will never run down the stairs again if I don't have a bra on.
Oh the joy's of learning. :P
:)

I run up and down the stairs a couple of times each day. I always take notice that they bounce, just a little bit. I hope someday I can say , Ouch!

Oh I bet you will.
Ouccchhh! Boobs will hurt, a lot. A WHOLE LOT. Sometimes they'll just throb for a little bit, for what appears to be no reason whatsoever. Be careful of car doors, refrigerator doors, sleeping on your belly, cats laying on your chest, scratching your dog with their paws going crazy in the air, door frames, pillow fights, cuddling to tightly, hugging to tightly, sliding your sports bra's off too quickly, running, jogging, jumping, seat belts, carrying large objects, bumping the wall while in a swimming pool, higher pressure shower heads (wow that can hurt a lot), scrubbing too aggressively, towel drying too aggressively, falling, sitting too quickly on a firm surface, branches, and clothing racks. That was just a short list of things that can cause SEVERE PAIN OUCHHHHHHH! ;)
@ Jillieann:
Jill, that's awesome that you're endowed enough to experience that! Actually, I kind of envy that. I'm not there yet. Frankly, I don't know if I'll ever be, but I'm very happy for girls like you!
@ SamanthaFLA:
Sam, yeah, you are so right. I've had OUCH moments like that! That's good though. It means growth is happening!
Speed bumps are pure evil. :o
Hehe I hear you. I remember when I was on HRT but not full time at work yet. I used to go up and down the 3 flights of stairs at work...owies it hurt. But in a bra, its just fine =)

Most of that should probably stop after the growth period. Except the running and jumping :)
At this point lifting my grandchildren up is okay but when they start wiggle again your breasts ouch. :icon_eek:
But I'm going to keep doing it when they are around anyway. :) Just glad I'm not a parent with young kids.
I always wear a shelf Cami and that does help.
Oh the joy's of being a grandparent on HRT.

I like the pain... lets me know the meds are working. :o
Haha! I didn't know boobs could hurt so much. You learn something new every day, I guess.

I can confirm that.
I've been hitting the gym a lot recently and have had several days where running just absolutely hurts even when wearing a sports bra. But it's so worth it!

Wrong sports bra maybe.

I can agree with that. I think if they didn't hurt during a few of these things I'd be worried.
sideways jiggle = awesome
up and down jiggle = :(
