Title: Blood work
Post by: Alexei on October 04, 2010, 09:10:38 AM
My first consult appointment with the doctor to discuss HRT is coming up (36 days!) and I was wondering if I should try and get my blood work done somewhere else so that it might be ready in time and speed up the process. I heard someone else did that and it worked for them. Any ideas?

have you had the consultations with shrink and gotten diagnosed as TS?   If so then getting a blood test might be good unless the doctor has own ideas of what to test for and a preferred lab.

I wasn't "diagnosed" as TS, but I've been in therapy since February, and my therapist helped me find the doctor, so she is for it.

I considered calling the doctor's office today to ask if it was possible to do the tests somewhere else, but figured I would ask here first to see if I even want to.
