An expert is suggesting that passing a proposed anti-discrimination law in Bowling Green, Ohio, that caters to cross-dressers would discriminate against women and risk their safety.

Dr. Mary Ann Stark, associate professor at Western Michigan University, is warning that the law could have an impact similar to that in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where she had a recent experience. Stark spoke before a special meeting of opponents of the proposed law in Toledo, where WUPW covered her concerns about a male cross-dresser who entered a public restroom in Kalamazoo, which the local ordinance permits.

Yeah, but the cross-dresser had it way worse, having to share the restroom with a bigot.

I keep finding it fascinating that these bigots want the rules to say that transmen should change/pee with the women, cause otherwise "men" will be in the women's changing rooms/bathrooms.
I mean, would they rather have a 6'2" me, post top surgery, packing, looking every bit the bloke I am, than say... oh one of the shorter, far more feminine, shy, cute girls we have around here?
Seriously?
Have they thought this through?

I still can't quite visualise the sort of toilet where women pee together.

Most women's toilets have cubicles.

As for doing anything else in there, I tend to think that's men's fantasy and women's intrigue.

You haven't seen the "flock" go to that one-stall bathroom at the restaurant, café or club... to "powder their nose" and whatnot?

I think this article is about a MTF, right? If so then a MTF has a female mind, soul, and they ARE female and most females don't want to rape/molest other women in the bathroom, even lesbians who are biologically female don't want to. If a MTF is straight then why would she want to touch another female?? If she is a lesbian I doubt she's going to do anything to another woman in the bathroom. Come on people MTF's are Females and they are not violating any women's rights!!!

What's next, banning gays and lesbians from bathrooms of their own sex because they could potentially molest someone since they're attracted to them? If you're bi or pansexual, I guess you're screwed since you wouldn't be able to use either bathroom. ::)

They need to just get over it. There isn't enough money to put a billion different bathrooms everywhere one for: Males, Females, Lesbians, Gays, MTFs, FTM's. It's a bathroom and there are stalls, most Trannsexual people are more concerned about passing in the bathroom than molesting someone, they need to use their common sense.

They may have the MTF in mind, but the problem concerns us blokes as well!

Bio men don't seem to have that much of a problem when bio girls go into the same bathroom as them.
