The Upper Moreland police have issued an arrest warrant for 20-year-old Haarun Muhammad. He's facing a number of charges, including theft by deception, receiving stolen property, forgery and writing bad checks.
But police said they don't know who accompanied him. The person was described only as a large transgender male or female.
