I may be blind, but I couldn't find what this means.
I know IMO is In My Opinion, but what is IMHO ?
In my humble opinion.
Well, I've seen people use the "h" to mean "honest," too.
Ah, thanks, I feel dumb for not figuring it out.

Heh. You used "SMS" in a recent post, and I had no idea what it was, so I googled it.
Well, I had a good idea what it meant, but I couldn't make the acronym work. ::)
Wait...sms? I dunno these things.

A ditto mark copies the words/symbols above it to the next line. Ditto copies the words before it.
I'm sure many posters don't know what 'sic' means; sadly.
Cindy
SMS is actually the official word for texting..."texting" was invented as SMS. >_> "Texting" is slag yo! Haha!

Well, I suppose one could use SMS to refer to the protocol, and "texting" to refer to the action of sending a text based message between mobile phones using the SMS protocol... :P
Like saying "I'll email you" as opposed to "I'll SMTP you". Which is actually kinda cool...I think I'll start doing that .

Wrong sic, try latin.
The latin term "sic", usually shown in brackets [sic], means "intensionally so written" to indicate to the reader that the mistakes in the statement are not transcription errors, but transcribed as dictated.

Oh, brackets ? In French we do it like this : (sic). I wonder why they made it different between languages.
Sandy,
I see that you quoted that verbatim. :)
Jamie.

What are you doing out of bed???

Tis highly personal I know....
But I equate anyone that writes IMHO in a post as being a wee bit feeble....
Either have a view or don't?
Why the need for humility with an opinion....
Fortune favours the bold.... so be!
