Ok, now I am thoroughly confused. I thought that my severe leg/ankle cramps were possible due to my Spiro intake and dehydration, lowered sodium, potassium rentention...etc.. Now I am wondering if these cramps could be due to the Progesterone injections I am taking. Maybe not? My question is: Has anyone experienced extreme leg/ankle cramping from a Progesterone regimen?
