yeah, well, basically i wanted to ask if someone owns one and can give me a hint if they *could* as a last resort be worn in pools?
'cause lately i had some fuss with my usual equip (sleeveless rashguard with simple trunks), my local bath changed ownership and i had some encounters with the staff about it lately (they seem like very nice understanding people, but it's annoying nevertheless).
[edit]: i'm not talking about their swim-stuff, i tried something similar and it looked funny on me. also i mastered the art to overlook my anatomic shortcomings to a point where i'll be perfectly fine with just a tank-style thingy that stops the jiggling and compresses a little...
you can wear them for swimming. they don't even stretch when they're wet. i haven't tried her swim wear either, just the regular binder and a rash guard/swim shirt on top of that. or are you talking about wearing just the binder? in which case i haven't tried but would think that a black binder should be okay, the white ones might become sort of opaque. i don't understand why they were giving you *beep* about a regular rash guard though? they are made to be used in pools after all....and little kids wear them to swim class all the time
yeah, i'd try and use a black one, after extensive testing in my shower, that is^^
i don't get it either, but it may have partly to do with the fact that
a) they have problems with kids/women from muslim families which basically paddle i LOADS of layers
b) they are trying to run eco-friendly and use few as possible cleaners/chemicals and added fabric apparently messes with that premise
c) lots of elder people swim there, and maybe aren't used to the sight and complaining, maybe? rashguards aren't THAT common here...
*shrug*
but thanks for the info that they're tendentially viable. i'd really like to order from there, because that'd be minimum shipping costs, and the prices seem alright. and since i need to get my car repaired/ get a new one (we'll see >:() i really have to watch my budget right now....
Danae, seriously? They couldn't come up with a more appropriate name?
it's the first name of the girl who makes them. she's awesome, bytheway, really nice and helpful.
talking appropriate names though, esha binders have "esha GIRLS" on the tag.
