Title: How painful is Phalloplasty?

I am no where near getting bottom surgery but I can't help but wonder how painful it is and what type of pain it is. I guess.. on a scale of 1-10 (10 being very painful)? Also can it function normally like a bio male's and how much does it roughly cost?

EDIT: Oh and does it look normal?

www.Transbucket.com (http://www.transbucket.com) has some pictures of the results and the costs. No clue what the pain scale though.
